 I love wearing Indian ethnic wear on special occasions or festivals. A Saree is one of my favourite ethnic attire to wear during Puja or family get-togethers. 10 Easy and Regular Beauty Care Tips

After a short gap I am again here…and this time no product review….Here I am going to share some regular and easy tips which can add a special effect to your beauty …So lets move..

1-      A proper sleeping habit can bring a vast change in your life.. Sleep on time regularly is very important for your skin to rejuvenate and look healthy..Late night sleep is very bad…

2-     Regular exercises or yoga is best for a healthy life.

3-     Start your morning with spinach juice ,it adds glow to skin. You can take honey with lime water which has also numerous health benefits.

4-     One table spoon honey with few drops lemon works amazingly on skin. It makes skin baby soft and enhances the body complexion also…You can apply it all over the body. You can rub lemon slices on nails,it keeps the natural shine on them .

5-     Neem  plays a vital role in skin care regime .If you apply home made neem pack regularly,you will get a glowing pimple free skin. All that needs to be done is make a paste of neem leaves and cucumber together and refrigerate for some minutes,then apply and wash after 20min. You can add neem leaves in your bath water also.

6-     To bring glow on skin you can use home made turmeric pack.. Take fresh cream,a pinch of turmeric powder,saffron and all diluted in rose water to make medium paste.Then apply it on face and neck and wash after some minutes..Turmeric and saffron add glow to face and cream/malai helps in moisturisation .

7-     Besan/ Gram flour is also a secret of glowing skin. You can add a spoon of besan to curd and apply this mixture on face.Massage a little and wash it off after some time. Curd adds glow on face and besan exfoliates removing the extra dead skin cells. You can apply it on hands and legs also.

8-     Every night before bed apply warm ghee on lips to keep them soft.

9-     Apply olive oil on hair. It promotes hair growth and reduce hair fall.

10-  And last but not the least , follow your regular CTM routine properly and strictly two times daily.
