Review - Huts and Looms, Sustainable and Pure Handwoven Saree

I love wearing Indian ethnic wear on special occasions or festivals. A Saree is one of my favourite ethnic attire to wear during Puja or family get-togethers. Again in sarees, I have a soft corner for handloom sarees. The beauty and feel of these handwoven slow crafted  sarees are truly mesmerizing. It was Durga Puja time and Diwali is also approaching in few days, hence I thought to buy a beautiful handloom saree to celebrate all these festivals with extra joy.  Huts and Looms Tissue Silk Saree  In case you are wondering what a handloom saree is, then let me tell you in brief. Handlooms are basically handwoven fabrics made on a weaving machine called a loom. Hence, the name comes from HandLoom. It is a slow-crafted process, as it needs the utmost patience, creativity, and physical strength to create a masterpiece. Handloom sarees are generally priced because of this reason. I feel every woman looks graceful, powerful and amazing in a saree. Handloom sarees are representing our cultur

Street Wear Color Rich Ultra Moist Lipstick "Pink Persuasion" Review,Swatches & LOTD

Some months before Street Wear  had launched their new Color Rich Ultra Moist lipstick range which are very stylish looking and affordable to pocket as well. They are very suitable for college going girls. In that range all shades are very beautiful and I have purchased two of them . I love pink shade lipsticks more as they look very girl-ish on me. So many bloggers have already reviewed this lipstick and i think i am the last one to review it... he he.. So my today's review is on  Street Wear Color Rich Ultra Moist Lipstick "Pink Persuasion"  which is a very pretty pink shade for daily wear.

Price: Rs180/-
Quantity: 4.2gm

Packaging: The lipstick comes in black bullet with a transparent plastic cap which has a cartoon girl picture on it. The range is specially to attract the young generations, hence packaging is quite girly and stylish I must say. Each time I feel like the cap is a little loose type, but actually it is not. The lipstick doesn't go fully into the bullet, hence you can see the lipstick even after closing the cap. All and all it is handy and travel friendly .

Texture and Shade: The shade Pink Persuasion is a very pretty coral-ish pink with some neon hints. This is the perfect rosy pink shade which will suit all complexions from dusky to medium to fair. The texture is creamy and it glides so smoothly on lips without tugging. It is very hydrating on my dry lips and does not bleed at all. It doesn't feel heavy on my lips as well.

Pigmentation: The shade is not that much of pigmented but compared to its price it is ignorable. I swipe two times to bring the perfect shade. If you apply 2-3 times then it sets evenly on lips and hides pigmentations as well. It is a perfect shade to wear daily or any function at the same time. If you apply it like lip tints then it becomes perfect for office wears.

Staying Capacity: As the lipstick is creamy in texture,it can be easy transferable to things. Besides that it stays for 2-3 hours on my lips without any meals. After that it fades by leaving slight tints which even looks pretty.

p.s.- The shade is looking more pink-ish in this pic,but actually it is not that much.

Pros:

  • Very beautiful rosy pink shade which suit all Indian complexions
  • Very affordable
  • Stylish packaging
  • Creamy texture
  • Hydrating on lips and doesn't feel heavy
  • Glides smoothly on lips
  • Available in wide shades

Cons:

  • Not so pigmented
  • Staying capacity could have been more better

Rating: 4.5/5
