Makeup is quite incomplete without an eye liner. To add some pop or gorgeousness to eyes eye liner is a must. In Indian market vast ranges of liners are available ,it's upto you how much you want to spent. A perfect eye makeup can make you more beautiful and sometimes wrong application can destroy your all efforts. Hence so many practice is required to draw a perfect line on your eye. For those beginners who doesn't want to spent more money in eye liners, a good news for them. Today I will tell you some  affordable and good quality liquid eye liners available in India .

1- Maybelline Hyper Glossy Electrics Eyeliner : If you are fond of coloured liners then these are for you.. In these range 5 shades are available (not very sure) and all are super pigmented. Single swipe gives a thin effect but two swipes brings rich colour to make any dramatic looks. These liners dry up quickly and smudge proof as well. I love pen style liners,it makes very easy to apply a perfect line without any mistake  . This one is a dark black shade with semi matte finish. The color pay off is amazing and lasts for 5-6 hours without smudging. The applicator is flexible and the size of the pen is perfect to hold and draw lines. 3- Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner : This one is another great product from maybelline. There are 5 shades  in this range including black as well and their colour pay off is superb. The applicator is so smooth and fine to draw a smooth line without striking. These are pigmented. The finish is not matte but glossy. All the shades look lovely on eyes.. It doesn't smudge and stays for 8-10 hours easily if you don't touch that. It can easily rinse off by water. I have the navy blue shade and i love it.. Price- 225/-

4- Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eye Liner: It has very cute and handy packaging. The applicator is good to apply. The colour is intensely dark and stays for good hours if you don't touch or rub in between. It has natural ingredients in it. It has Almond oil which has excellent emollient and nourishing properties and is a natural source of vitamin E. It has camphor as well which gives cooling effect to eyes. It is perfect for daily use . Price: 195/-  

5-Lakme Insta Liner: This is one of the best budget eyeliner available in market and good for daily use. If you are in practise then this one is a good option as it is super affordable. It has very fine applicator which gives nice finish to eyes. It gives dark matte black lines which is smudge proof and doesn't fade easily. For college going or beginner ,i will definitely recommend this to them. Price: 100/-

6- Lakme Absolute Shine Eye Liner: This one is great and must buy product from Lakme . Their are four shades available in this range and all are super pigmented ,only single swipe brings good coverage.The applicator is of good quality to draw thin or thick line as per your preference. It dries up super fast and smudge proof. The price tag is superb according to the quality. it gives matte finish line to eyes. Again I will highly recommend this to those who love matte finish liners. A great choice for beginners as well.. Price : 325/-

7-Rimmel Glam Eyes Liquid Liner: Rimmel is another well known brand in Indian market for good and budget makeup stuffs. This eyeliner comes with five different shades to add more oomph to eyes. The texture is perfect to apply and these are very pigmented . The applicator is good enough to provide intense colour in one stroke. It has transfer and smudge resistant formula. It lasts for 5-6 hours effectively without fading. Price: 455/- 

8- Colorbar Precision Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner:  Colorbar has some best and affordable makeup products and this eye liner is a worth try product among them. It provides intense black colour which is long lasting and doesn't smudge,crack or peel. It has felt tip applicator which is great to apply ,one stroke is enough to draw thin line or a thick line. 10- Coloressence Supreme Eye Liner: Again I do love the supreme eye liner from coloressence. For those who doesn't know about this brand is, it is a herbal brand which has some great quality and affordable makeup products. I have already finished 2 bottles of this perticular liner. It is easy to apply and has good colour pay off. It is smudge proof and lasts for 5-6 hours on my eyes. you can carry it anywhere during travelling. Again a very good option for beginners. There are two shades available i.e. black and brown. Price: 125/-
