I love wearing Indian ethnic wear on special occasions or festivals. A Saree is one of my favourite ethnic attire to wear during Puja or family get-togethers. Again in sarees, I have a soft corner for handloom sarees. The beauty and feel of these handwoven slow crafted sarees are truly mesmerizing. It was Durga Puja time and Diwali is also approaching in few days, hence I thought to buy a beautiful handloom saree to celebrate all these festivals with extra joy. Huts and Looms Tissue Silk Saree In case you are wondering what a handloom saree is, then let me tell you in brief. Handlooms are basically handwoven fabrics made on a weaving machine called a loom. Hence, the name comes from HandLoom. It is a slow-crafted process, as it needs the utmost patience, creativity, and physical strength to create a masterpiece. I love traveling as much as I love shopping... Travelling is one of my great stress buster. In my opinion it is really necessary to plan at least two trips in a year... Recently I was in vacation to Udaypur.. I will share about my trip in some other post..
And today I will share what all products I do carry in my travel makeup bag... I don't prefer much makeup when on holiday or travelling, even I don't like applying makeup on regular basis when I am at home .. I only carry a few multi-tasking products while travelling .. This is another thing if I am going to attain any special ocassion or family function... And I always carry two bags, one for makeup stuffs and another one is for skincare stuffs.. In this way, it becomes very easy to find products when you are in hurry... Being a mother of a toddler I have to rush everytime and in this way I manage everything smoothly... Well, I will share my travel skincare bag detail in another separate post and today it's for travel makeup bag...
As I said earlier I don't carry much stuffs while traveling, hence I carry this small pouch kind bag with me... I love the fabbag bags too ,these are actually best to carry stuffs during trips.. LIP PRODUCTS -
I always carry a bunch of lipsticks while traveling.. I believe that, a lipstick can change the mood as well as look.. I carry from nude shades to bright bold shades. In case I don't get time to do full face makeup, I can apply a bright shade lipstick and the whole look will change.. You should try sometime.. Here I have taken few random shade lipsticks .. There are neutral /nude shades like Colourpop Cami, sugar cosmetics Brownton Abbey, Lakme 9 to 5 primer plus matte lipstick Rosy Sunday, and bright bold shades like Lakme 9 to 5 weightless matte mousse lip cream crimson silk, Oriflame the ONE vinyl gel liquid lipstick ,miss claire liquid lipstick .. Except these lipsticks, I never forget to carry a lip balm... I have very dry lips and lip balms are must for me before applying any lipstick... These days I am loving my Oriflame tender care lip balm on honey..
FACE PRODUCTS -
I don't carry much face makeup stuffs. I prefer bb / cc creams over foundations while traveling. These days I am using the giordanigold cc cream by Oriflame and I am in shade natural . It has great coverage and long lasting too. For compact, I always prefer Maybelline super fresh compact which has again great coverage and is oil-free. Can you notice, I have hit the pan... I carry my PAC beauty blender whenever stepping out.. For rest face makeup, I prefer using one single palette over carrying separate pans for each purpose.. Here I have taken the Makeup Revolution blush, bronze and brighten palette in shade smoulder.
EYE PRODUCTS -
For eye makeup, I never forget to carry couple of eye liners / kohl pencils... A black kohl (Plum kohl) is must and I carry a coloured kajal pencil (Oriflame the ONE high impact eye pencils ) to create any dramatic look and a liner (PAC liquid liner) for touch ups.. For eyebrow grooming, the Maybelline eyebrow definer is perfect and I have the shade brown. Now it's mascara and eye lash curler which plays the main role... I have the oriflame 5 in 1 wonder lash mascara and Vega eyelash curler. I don't apply eyeshadow or anything else while traveling..
Except all these I carry my favorite perfume, wet wipes ,makeup remover, cotton balls ,etc...

I always forgot to carry some of my make up items while travelling. Last time I forgot my Kajal and I have to purchase from there. But your list is good to remember. Now I noted down all the list and also count them so that next time there would be less chances of Same mistake. And it's better to have a cute bag like yours so that all things can keep safe in one bag. Nice post

DeleteThats exactly what someone should carry in their travel makeup bag. I remember my first time when I was packing, I end up packing everything and it was a group trip and everyone kept on taunting me on how much makeup I am carrying. It was super embarassing coz it was almost a bag i was carrying and I hardly used anything. I have become wiser over time. Now I carry around 5-6 different lipcolors, a lipbalm, small sunscreen and moisturiser along with a kohl mascara and eyelash curler, a very small eyeshadow trio and a blush bronzer and highlighter trio like u have done!
