6 Beauty Products Which Should be Kept in Refrigerator

We all agree that, when we store something in refrigerator, the shelf life increases and the product stay fresh .  Then how about to store our beauty products in fridge, is it sounding strange to you?  But it's advisable to store few beauty items in cool and dry place to increase its longevity. In that case fridge is the best place to store these beauty stuffs.  Here we have listed 6 beauty products which we use on daily basis should be kept in refrigerator. Let's read below lines for more details.

1- Nail Polish :

When we keep nail polish in any open box, it exposed to outer environmental heat unnecessarily and it activates the solvents and chemicals in the nail polish and it slowly become to thicken texture. Hence we should keep the nail paints inside the refrigerator to keep cool and in this way the nail polish will stay fresh and the shelf life will increase.. Being a nail addict, I have huge collection of nail polishes which is impossible to keep inside the fridge but I always store the high end and my fav nail polishes in the refrigerator.

2 - Eye Liner & Mascara :

Do you know that, liquid eyeliner has a maximum shelf life of 6months after opening and mascara has 3months after opening ? It is very necessary to store liquid eyeliner and mascara inside refrigerator to increase its shelf life and these will be fresh as well. Don't forget to give a nice shake to your liner and mascara before use and it will be all set to use...

3- Lipstick :

Lipsticks should kept inside the refrigerator, specially in summer season.. Because of excess outer heat, the lipstick might melt or damage.  If your lipstick's texture has become weird and not glide properly on lips, then it's time to keep your fav lipstick in the fridge to increase its longevity. I always store the high end lipsticks in my fridge.  There is a separate cosmetic section in my fridge.

4- Perfume :

If your perfume is lying on the dressing table or on the bathroom shelves ,then let me tell you this is the wrong way to store perfume.  The outer temperature, light and air bring away the effectiveness of the fragrance and also affect the chemicals used in it. The best way to keep your expensive perfumes fresh is to keep inside the fridge. In this way the real fragrance also stay longer and the cool spray lift your mood up.



5- Toner, Eye Cream, Moisturiser & Face Masks (/Sheet masks) :

I always store all these items in my refrigerator..  Outer temperature also affect its effectiveness and shelf life also hampers. Trust me when I spray my cool toner on face, it feels divine and the eye cream and moisturizer just calm down my nerves and my skin feels relaxed.  You can keep the face mask or sheet mask in refrigerator 20mins. before application and enjoy the cooling effect afterwards.

6- Lipbalm -

Being a dry lips girl, I have so many lipbalms and after sometimes the lip balms loose its actual texture and quality.. Then the only solution to lock the effectiveness is, refrigerating.  It is also advisable to keep lipbalms away from light and store in cool and dry place..  In my opinion, fridge is right place to store in this case. In this way the longevity also increases.
